[after 5 seconds]
The robot looks up, stares into your eyes with an expression of intense sadness and heaves a big sigh.
[after 10 seconds]
He then says, "that's the most depressing thing anyone has ever said to me...
[after 15 seconds]
Never mind. I'm sure you don't care how I feel. The only thing you care about is getting to the end of your story. I can just stand here all day and rust, and no one cares.

You will need a key if you are going to use the elevator. Here."
The robot reaches into a box attached to his hip and takes out a hexagonal rod. He hands it to you and says, "I have a brain the size of a planet, and they give me a job handing out keys. I am **so depressed!**"

You turn around thinking you will make a run for it when three doors on each side wall open, and six security robots emerge. They run straight towards you, grab you, and take you to their *Attitude Adjustment Center.* There you will undergo treatments until you can be integrated into the Sirius Cybernetics robot factory workforce as a passive and complient slave, where you will work for the rest of your life.

You insert the key, and a magnetic force pulls it all the way into the hole, where it disappears. The elevator doors open with a musical sound, and a voice says, "I am so happy for you to ride me!"
You step into the elevator, and the doors rapidly close with a sound of finality. The elevator rushes up, nearly crushing you to the floor. You see the numbers on the display rapidly increase from 1 up to 42, and then the elevator suddenly stops, causing you to feel rather queezy.
The doors open onto the dazzling penthouse of the Sirius Cybernetics building.

When you enter, you see a little Italian man dressed in white who greets you saying, "Buon giorno! You may sit wherever you like." There are seven tables in the little restaurant, but there are no other customers, so you choose one next to the window. The man gives you a menu and a glass of water.
The menu lists many delicious sounding Italian dishes, but there are no prices.
[after 8 seconds]
An old man and woman emerge from the kitchen. They stare at you for a while before they walk up to you and the man says, "Thank you so much for coming into our humble ristorante. Forgive us for staring, but you look just like our son who died years ago in the war. This ristorante is just a hobby of ours. We are extremely wealthy but have no one in our family to leave our fortune to. We would like to adopt you and make you our heir."
